The question was called on the vote on the proposed reprogramming of funds by Philip Allen and the reprogramming was approved by a vote of 15-1.
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP VOTE ON BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S QUORUM: The proposed amendment to Article VII Section of the POA-AOTB Constitution, reducing from 5 to 4 the number of Directors needed to conduct business at Board meetings, was approved by a vote of 16 in favor and 1 abstention.
